James H. LoPrete, Senior attorney
James H. LoPrete is a Fellow of The American College of Trust
and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), one of approximately 2,400 attorneys
worldwide who have been elected to hold this honor. He graduated
with distinction from the University of Michigan Law School where
he was a member of the Law Review. He began his legal career with
the Chrysler Corporation in the Secretary's office and legal department,
then went into private practice. Mr. LoPrete is a past chair of the
Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan and
a past ACTEC Michigan State chair.

Patricia M. Wyrod, Associate
Patricia Wyrod joined the firm in 2021. Since 2000 she has represented
venture-funded technology companies in Silicon Valley, California,
both in-house and in private practice, providing guidance on complex
technology licensing and high-growth business operations.
A Detroit native, she graduated from the University of Michigan Law
School and is a certified data privacy professional (IAPP/CIPP-E). Ms. Wyrod focuses on estate planning and probate administration.
